Is it just me, or is that outfit just TOO EXTRA?!? Like it or not, Nicki Minaj stepped out in this concoction recently and I like the fact that she doesn't have a care in the world about what people think.
Fashion is all about DARE TO WEAR, and to exude that kind of confidence, I give Nicki Minaj a lot of credit. Personally, I think the outfit is cute, and it suits her body type, but the only faults would be that the pattern is too bright and the colours are too matchy-matchy, if you know what I mean. Let's hope her next outfit won't be that blinding...
