Holt Renfrew Nabs Rodarte X Opening Ceremony

Woohoo! So I recently posted about The Bay getting Topshop and Topman in this post, but now word is out that Holt Renfrew is countering that by bringing in Rodarte for Opening Ceremony. How exciting is that?! This is sure one hell of a competition.
I honestly love that many exclusive labels will be coming to Canada, and it's all because of competition! Other retailers should take suit. More and more fashionistas are literally turning to different, unknown or popular foreign brands in order to be original; and many more are crossing borders to grab them. Now that Toronto will be getting some of these brands in, it's like a one-stop shopping destination! Just some info on this new collection: beginning March 28 (that's tomorrow!) Holt Renfrew on Bloor St. will be carrying a selection of women's clothing and accessories on the 3rd floor. I'm suspecting that the pieces will sell out fast, so hurry in if you're coveting the collection! Rodarte has been getting extremely popular-created by two sisters, Kate and Laura Mulleavy. They have a loyal celeb following, and their gorgeous designs have been featured in the award-winning film Black Swan. (Hello, Oscar?!)
