Bring On the Summer Sales!

I absolutely love this time of year because simply, every store has a sale! Right now, when it's the middle of the summer, stores tend to have further reductions so they can bring in the new Fall/Winter collections. Some people believe that sales are sales, and there will always be sales every year, but when it comes to something that you've been eye-ing the whole season and could never get the urge to actually take action and purchase it, maybe now is the perfect time! It's that time of year where retail is a bit wonky. What do I mean by wonky? Well, it simply means that stores are trying their best to clear our their old Fall/Winter 2010 stuff to bring in the new Spring/Summer 2011 goods. It's beginning of February, and most stores are giving their final cut on their end-of-season sales. I know, mid-terms are coming up, and I bet you're in need of some stress relievin', so here's a list of this week's hottest sales (when I mean hot, they're smokin' HOT!)

Tis' the Sale Season After the Holidays

During the Christmas holiday season, people swarm to the malls and shop to their heart's content. What I did was avoid the malls during November/December by working during my holiday break, and shop when January comes around. Not only fall/winter merchandise goes on sale during this month, but on CLEARANCE! Ahhh, what wonderful music to my ears. My favourite time is when most stores give their final cut and advertise additional percentages off already reduced merchandise!
