I know, LG Fashion Week hasn't finished yet, but I'm just excited that Toronto Alternative Fashion Week (a.k.a. FAT) is fast approaching. Toronto's fashion scene just keeps getting more exciting by the day!

What's Happenin': Wanderlust Fashion Show

With LG Fashion Week taking over Toronto by storm this past week, Ryerson's Fashion design department will be having their fashion shows a couple of week's after. Along with Mass Exodus coming underway on April 7-8, Ryerson's 2nd and 3rd year students will also be showcasing their one-of-a-kind designs the week after on April 13. Happy Birthday to Me!

Yes, today is my Birthday, and coincidentally it's my day off as well! I'm really excited and happy today. Above is a picture of my Birthday cake from last year. A perfect cake for a fashionista, I must say. A special thank you to everyone who has given me lovely Birthday wishes. It truly makes me happy reading them! Thanks C for coming out last night! You're a true friend! I would also like to give a very special thank you to my wonderful boyfriend who has given me a fantastic weekend! *Muah*~ Can't wait to see some of my gal pals today. We'll see how my day goes!

A Beaded Gem

Last night was an important night for Canada, as the 2011 Juno Awards were held in Toronto. It was a very special event since the Junos was celebrating their 40th Anniversary. Can you say "Oh, Canada!" My pick for the most memorable dress that evening would have to go to Canadian country songstress Shania Twain, who happened to be the 2011 inductee to the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. What an honour!

Holt Renfrew Nabs Rodarte X Opening Ceremony

Woohoo! So I recently posted about The Bay getting Topshop and Topman in this post, but now word is out that Holt Renfrew is countering that by bringing in Rodarte for Opening Ceremony. How exciting is that?! This is sure one hell of a competition.
